1. Programs & services
We offer IT and professional coaching and training services (including live classes, recorded content, mentorship, and related materials) as described on our website. Schedules, curriculum, and delivery format may be updated when needed; we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to enrolled learners.
2. Fees & payments
Course fees, instalments, and payment methods are as stated at the time of enrolment. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and completing payments on agreed dates.
All fees and deposits paid to us are non-refundable. This includes partial payments, registration amounts, and full course fees, except where we are legally required to provide a refund. Failure to attend classes or complete the program does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Accounts & conduct
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You agree not to misuse our platform, harass staff or other learners, share access outside your enrolment, or use our materials for unauthorised commercial redistribution.
4. Intellectual property
Course content, branding, and materials remain our property (or our licensors’). You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your personal learning during and as permitted by your enrolment.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We aim to deliver quality training and support. Placement, salary, certification, or career results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee employment, exam passes, or specific income.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment is limited to the fees you paid us for that enrolment.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where a stricter notice period is required by law.
